My nicotine pods have caffeine in them, and I got into a nasty habit of hitting it as I'm getting in bed. I haven't slept properly in YEARS. I thought that was just how I slept. I already knew I would enjoy the peppermint melatonin Soothe and the citrus caffeine Energy, but I wanted to try non-cafinated and non-melatonin ones without buying another 4pk. The wild berry Boost is by far my favorite - you can smell the berry just opening the package!! I'm not a fan of the lavender - it truly does taste like you're just eating lavender so if you like that, it'd be a perfect one for you!
